We specialize in low volume, high mix type work along with prototype work, from a simple milled component with a few tapped holes to a complex turned part with milled features and tight tolerances. 

Our Dual spindle, Live tool lathes make quick work of production turning work from billet slugs, solid bar, and even castings. Any quantity from 50 and up is possible! 

We can help or assist you with your product designs. This includes reverse engineering from old components or basic sketches, and analyzing designs for manufacturability. Feedback will be given to customers on how to make their parts better or more suitable for manufacturing. 

We work in a variety of materials, from soft engineering plastics up to harder materials. Some of the materials we typically work in are: 

• Plain carbon steel (1018, A36) in round, rectangle bar, and Blanchard Ground plate. 
• Alloy Steels in round and plate form; Ie 4140, 4340, 8620.
• Specialty steels such as boiler steel and AR500 plate.
• 300 and 400 Series Stainless steels.
• 17-4 and 15-5PH Martensitic Stainless Steels.
• Various copper alloys including: Brass, C922 Naval bronze, C954 Aluminum Bronze, C955 Nickle Aluminum Bronze, and C660 Bearing Bronze.
• Engineering Plastics such as Delrin and Nylon.
• Various grades of Alloy Aluminum, IE 6061 and 7075
• 6AL-4V Titanium.
• Hardened Tool Steels and Heat Treated materials.
